How To Upload photo/video To Instagram From Desktop
STEPS FOR WINDOWS AND LINUX!!!!
1> OPEN instagram website FROM DESKTOP
2>Now press right click of your mouse and select INSPECT ELEMENT (Q)
AFTER PRESSING INSPECT ELEMENT (Q)
4> Now from INSPECT ELEMENT (Q) TOOL BAR select RESPONSIVE DEIGN MODE
5> Select any device mode from option NO DEVICE SELECTED AFTER THAT YOU WILL GET OPTION TO UPLOAD PHOTO AND VIDEO

FOR OSX (APPLE)
Device Mode is there more for developers to test various screen sizes,
site performance and such things, but this is a handy feature. To access
it go to View>Developer>Developer Tools, and
then you’ll see a little icon that looks like a phone and tablet in the
top right which allows you to toggle the mobile site version on and off.
