WiFi-Pumpkin is security tool that provide the Rogue access point to Man-In-The-Middle and network attacks. purporting to provide wireless Internet services, but snooping on the traffic. can be used to capture of credentials of unsuspecting users by either snooping the communication by phishing.
DEF - WiFi-Pumpkin framework for Rogue Wi-Fi Access Point Attack It helps a hacker to create a free open fake wifi and as soon as victim connects to the fake open wifi, he gets trapped. However, the best feature is that if your internet connection is working, victim will get access to internet. Hence, more chances of him to get trapped(Nice, isn’t it?).
STEPS TO INSTALL WiFi-Pumpkin
Install Dependencies ( necessary package )
Python's package manager, Pip, will help us manage the rest of the installation. To install it on Kali Linux, run the following commands.
1> sudo apt-get install -y python-pip
2>copy this command and past in terminal
git clone https://github.com/P0cL4bs/WiFi-Pumpkin.gitand HIT enter............
3> Type cd WiFi-Pumpkin in Terminal
4>type the following command to install it:
./installer.sh --install
Press Enter
5> Now run wifi-pumpkin by this command
sudo wifi-pumpkin
